All packages are shipped with DHL  from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).

The bag is made of 100% calf leather.

To preserve the quality of your HEREU bags avoid prolonged direct exposure to light and heat. HEREU recommends storing the bag in its original packaging, when not in use. Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics. If your bag gets wet, pat dry to remove any excess moisture and leave it to dry completely at room temperature.
