All packages are shipped with DHL from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).
Gentle hand wash at 30 degrees with high-quality wool soap. - Soak in soapy water for 10-15 minutes. Rinse in water at 30 degrees. Avoid wringing during the process. Dry flat. - Cashmere is a self-cleaning fiber that requires less frequent washing. Simply air out your garment for a fresh feel. - If you opt for machine washing, select a gentle wool program at 30 degrees on a low spin cycle. Machine washing is at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee the individual settings on washing machines. - Products made from cashmere require a little more attention than products made of other more coarser fibers. After wearing a new cashmere product you may find small balls of fiber forming on the surface. These balls are not indicative of an inferior quality – it is an inevitable consequence of the careful processing of this very fine fibre. Pills can easily by removed by hand or by using a cashmere comb.
