All packages are shipped with DHL from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).

The Lodensteiner wool comes in a natural, undyed color range, meaning that the shade of the raw fiber has not been altered or processed in any way. The color you see is all-natural - with every nuance and perfect imperfection that this entails.
