The Swedish leather brand has existed since 1873. Tärnsjö tannery is among the remaining 5% of tanning houses worldwide that still employ the tradition of vegetable tanning in favor of the more time and cost-efficient chrome excel method. They have chosen to respect the environment with our business practices using bark extracts, water, and water-based finishing.

To preserve the quality of your Atelier Sterken bag avoid prolonged direct exposure to light and heat. We recommend storing the bag in its original packaging, when not in use. Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics. If your bag gets wet, pat dry to remove any excess moisture and leave it to dry completely at room temperature.
