These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through www.sukha.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
The webshop is available 24 hours a day, though we may occasionally take it offline for maintenance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or have the legal capacity to do so. You must also have a valid payment method accepted by us.
Before completing your order, you have the opportunity to review and correct all information you have entered, including delivery address and payment details. Once you click ‘Pay’ and receive an order confirmation on screen, the purchase agreement is concluded. You will also receive a confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order without liability in the following circumstances:
All prices on sukha.nl are inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW). Delivery costs may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and Direct Bank Transfer.
Payment is processed at the time of dispatch.

If you receive goods that are defective, incomplete, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].
In such cases, you are not responsible for return shipping costs. We will offer you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, in accordance with Dutch consumer law (Boek 7 BW).
Under Dutch law, goods must conform to the purchase agreement. If a defect becomes apparent, please contact us and we will find a suitable solution.

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact us first at shop@sukha.nl. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can submit it via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. Please include our email address when doing so.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from orders placed through sukha.nl will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
