All packages are shipped with DHL from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).
This product is made from 100% recycled ripstop nylon. The fabric is dyed under Bluesign-certified supervision and finished with a fluorine-free waterproof coating.
Stains can be removed by treating them by hand. We recommend the cleaning soap by Werfzeep, which can be rubbed directly onto the stain and removed with a damp cloth.
This product can also be washed in the washing machine on a short cycle at a maximum of 30°C. However, we recommend washing it only when necessary and not soaking it.
We advise using a laundry bag, pillowcase, or Guppyfriend in the washing machine. This minimises friction — and therefore wear of the bag during washing. It also helps prevent the synthetic particles released during washing from entering the wastewater.
The waterproof coating on your bag will gradually wear down with intensive use, and frequent washing may speed up this process. When the bag is no longer as water-resistant as you would like, you can treat it with a fluorine-free waterproofing spray suitable for nylon fabrics.
